BREAKING! International law expert Binanatan ang ICC dahil sa Pag iimbestiga kay Pres. Duterte "You Cannot Prosecute A President With Very High Approval Ratings In His Country!"

Oxford College of Law professor and international law expert, Dr. Alfred Sanders hit International Criminal Court over complaints of human rights violations against the Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte.

During an international legal forum held at Munich, Germany on Friday, Sanders hinted ICC that it is impossible to file criminal complaints against a president who has a very high approval ratings in his country. Sanders was referring to President Rodrigo Duterte and the complaints filed against him by the group of Sen. Antonio Trillanes IV, and fellow Magdalo Gary Alejano.

Dr. Sanders said during the forum that the case filed against Duterte could be politically motivated and does not carry the voice of the majority.

Duterte’s current approval rating sits at 78% which is considered “very high” according to sanders.

“Based from the documents circulated to the delegates, the cases filed against the Philippine President was sponsored by politicians. This alone can raise many questions. Why politicians? Why not civil society groups? And based on the latest report coming from the Philippines, President Duterte’s public approval rating sits at 75%. Is this the type of man who kill his own people? I’m not convinced”, Sanders as quoted during his speech.

The forum was attended by more than 300 law professors from Europe and the United States, and Philippine president Rodrigo Duterte was one of the highly-debated topics.

The 72 year-old Dr. Alfred Sanders teaches doctoral law at the Oxford University in England, and received numerous awards and accolades including Knight Grand Cross, and Order of Bath. He is also one of the principal authors of The Rise of American Democracy fifth edition. /Tony Padua/

  4. To ICC are you in favor of terrorism activity in Phils.? Trillanes is supporting this and President Duterte is cleaning the mess of failed politician like Trillanes.Instead of supporting Trillanes why you visit our country and investigate CPP NPA NDF. Hear the story of the victims of child abuser, indigenous people exploitation, and financial extortion from this terrorist group.Try to understand why people suffered in almost 50 years and look at the progress of our country under Duterte admin. Development which deprived by Trillanes and his allies.

  5. It is highly suspicious that Duterte has been accused by the opposition and not by other private entity. It is clear as a crystal ball that the move of the opposition party in the Philippines is tremendously politically motivated which obviously political maneuover. The good wellknown lawyer mentioned 75% approval of Duterte's people means that the accusations are not substantiated. He didn't even mentioned yet the 91% approval of the recently concluded survey by a reputable entity! You're very much correct with your assessment Sir which is based on facts. It is not likely that the filipinos will not react against the move of ICC. . To hell with the bias ICC. It is just right and just for the Philippine Government to put them to jail if they come for encroaching our sovereignty! If they insist to come to the Philippines without the government's approval, maybe it's high time for the AFP to use the newly acquired weaponry and fire on them and pulverize them or the 91% of the filipino population rush to the airport and prevent them from stepping on the Philippine Soil! Just saying... That's how more than Majority of the people suppport and love Dùterte! We are willing to risk our lives and limbs to support the best president the Philippines ever have. We love our country, we love Duterte and we stand for truth!

  7. This is the reason why the ICC particularly Prosecutor Bensoula Fatou is banned by the US govt. The ICC should be dissolved for the sole reason of unfairness and ineptitude. It look the other way when it concern with the Uighurs, the Kashmiris, the rohingyas, the Palestinians and other oppressed and abused minorities all over the world, so what are were here for? #abolishICC
