Nagsampa ng kaso si Ka Shane/Zian laban kay Paterno Opo aka Yoyo/Dodong. Si Ka Shane ay dating child warrior ng New People's Army (NPA) habang si Opo ay dating NPA kumander ng Sub-Regional Committee “Levox” na nagsasagawa ng operasyon sa Leyte at Biliran Provinces.

Naglabas naman ng saloobin si Col. Harold Cabunoc laban sa kahayupan ng NPA kumander. 

"Ito na naman ang nakakalungkot na kaganapan.

Pagkatapos na nalinlang para makipaglaban sa hanay ng komunistang kilusan, sya naman ay pinagsamantalahan.

Ito ngayon ang pagkakataon ng GABRIELA at KARAPATAN na ang batang babae na ito ay kanilang matulungan. 

Kondenahin ang sexual opportunism ng NPA Commander, at ipaglaban ang karapatan ni Shane mula sa sariling kasamahan.
